Steve is a seasoned finance professional with over 40 years of experience in the financial sector. He has held senior roles at PwC, Ernst & Young, Credit Suisse Life and Pensions, Fidelity Investments, Maitland Group, and Commercial Union International. He is also the former CEO of Cim Global Business Companies in Mauritius.

Steve has experience in the fund management industry at Fidelity Investments and served as CFO and CIO of Commercial Union International for two years, Steve has extensive expertise in fixed income, corporate finance, and international investment-based insurance. He also possesses deep knowledge of various fund structures and third-party corporate and fund administration.

Steve’s career has taken him across the United Kingdom, Bermuda, Luxembourg, India, South Africa, and Mauritius, providing him with a global perspective on financial management and investment strategy.

Jeet is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with 17 years of experience in financial strategy, risk management, and corporate finance. He has spent over a decade managing and finalising financial statements across various entities, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards such as US GAAP and IFRS.
 
Jeet holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). His professional experience spans the United Kingdom, Maldives, and Mauritius.
In his current role at Open Skies Management Services Ltd, Jeet oversees financial operations, strengthens internal controls, and supports executive leadership in achieving long-term business objectives.

Harsha Ramprosand has 11 years of experience in the financial services industry. She joined Open Skies Management Services Ltd in 2017 and has played a key role in the company’s rapid growth. As a Senior Manager and management team member, she oversees enterprise-wide risk management, contributes to strategic decision-making, and supports new business initiatives.

Harsha is a Certified Financial Crime Compliance Professional, an MIOD member, and an FSC-approved Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
 

Rebecca has been the Administration Manager and Money Laundering Reporting Officer at Open Skies Management Services Ltd since 2023. She ensures compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations for OSMS and its licensees while leading the Corporate Administration team, managing a diverse client portfolio and special licenses across multiple jurisdictions.

With over eight years of experience in the Global Business Sector, Rebecca holds a BSc (Hons) in International Business Finance from the University of Mauritius.

Dharshini Purrunsing is an investment professional with six years of experience in investment platform management and asset management operations. She holds the CFAB ICAEW certification and is currently pursuing the ACA ICAEW qualification.

Her expertise includes financial analysis, risk management, client relations, regulatory compliance, and operational management. Dharshini is dedicated to process optimisation, regulatory adherence, and developing strategies for investor growth.
